Buna karşılık Türkiye Noterler Birliği'nin 'Adıma Tescilli Araç Sorgulama' hizmeti adınıza tescilli aracın plaka, marka, model ve hak mahrumiyeti gibi bilgilerini gösterir. Bu nedenle ceza sorgusunda kayıt görmeniz, aynı aracın mutlaka o anda sahiplik ekranında da görünmesi gerektiği anlamına gelmez; ceza kaydı ve tescil görünümü ayrı değerlendirilmelidir.
