Ancak kamuya açık kısa resmi metinler `psikiyatri muayenesi gecikirse ne olur` sorusunu tüketici diliyle ayrıca tek cümlede ayrıntılandırmaz. Bu nedenle güvenli yaklaşım, muayene gecikmesini önemsiz saymamak, 4 ayı tek başına yeterli varsaymamak ve resmi iade durumu netleşmeden dosyayı tamamlanmış kabul etmemektir.
