9 Ağustos 2026 itibarıyla Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü'nün kamuya açık `Ceza Puanı Uygulama` açıklamasına göre, trafik suçunun işlendiği tarihten geriye doğru bir yıl içinde toplam 100 ceza puanını dolduran sürücülerin belgeleri 2 ay süreyle geri alınır ve eğitime tabi tutulurlar. Ancak kamuya açık kısa resmi metinler `ilk 100 puan eğitimine gitmemenin` sonucunu aynı sadelikte ayrıca tek cümleyle açıklamaz. Bu nedenle güvenli yaklaşım, eğitimi isteğe bağlı sanmamak; resmi çağrı, eğitim ve iade statüsü netleşmeden dosyayı tamamlanmış kabul etmemektir.
