Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü duyurularında ortalama hız sistemlerinin belirli güzergahlarda gidiş/geliş ekseninde kurulduğu açıkça görülmektedir. Bu nedenle tutanaktaki yön, saat, giriş-çıkış ve rota kaydı sizin gerçek seyahatinizle uyuşmuyorsa; HGS, GPS, dashcam ve benzeri verilerle desteklenen güçlü bir maddi hata itirazı oluşturulabilir. Başvuru süresi genel çerçevede tebliğ tarihinden itibaren 15 gündür.
